360° Bar – The Pavilions Phuket

The 360° Bar is a wooden open-air deck at the top of The Pavilions Phuket, a villa resort spread over a hillside behind Layan and Bang Tao on the island's north-west coast. It is the highest point of the property, and the view runs across the jungle canopy to the Andaman Sea, with fairy lights strung through a big tree over the seating.

Bar hours are 5pm to 11pm daily, with last orders at 10.40pm, and a dinner menu is served from 5pm to 10pm. Expect creative cocktails, mellow music and a relaxed, low-key crowd. A late happy hour gives 50% off selected drinks between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.

The resort sits away from the main beach roads and guests are carried up to the bar by buggy, so it feels more like a private terrace than a public bar. Reserving a table through the hotel is the sensible approach, especially if you are coming from outside for sunset. It suits couples and anyone staying in the Bang Tao or Layan area.
