Aqua Spirit

Aqua Spirit occupies the roof level of H Zentre on Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, above the Aqua group's Italian and Japanese dining rooms. From the 17th floor the outlook is straight across Victoria Harbour to Central and Wan Chai, and the terrace is at its best around sunset as the island lights up.

The bar pours signature cocktails with a Japanese leaning alongside a long wine list with plenty of Italian and French bottles, and there is a bar food menu for grazing. Resident DJs set the soundtrack in the evenings, and the group has run a happy hour offer.

Hours are 3pm to midnight Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Friday and Saturday. Walk-ins are fine for drinks, though bookings can be made through SevenRooms. Smart casual applies (men: no shorts, open-toed shoes or sleeveless tops), and under-18s are not admitted after 6pm.
