BARBÙ Rooftop Restaurant & Bar – Siam@Siam Pattaya

BARBÙ is the Mediterranean rooftop restaurant and bar on the 24th floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel on Pattaya Second Road, a level below the hotel's Skybar Summer Club. The terrace looks west over the city to the curve of Pattaya Bay, the boats moored offshore and the islands beyond, and an infinity pool runs along the edge of the deck.

The design is light and breezy, with bamboo screens, striped day beds, cabanas and rattan bar stools lined up along the rail. By day it works as a pool deck with cocktails and light bites; after dusk it turns into a dinner spot, with music and the odd performance. The menu draws on Italy, Greece and Spain and is built for sharing: small plates, a raw bar, wood-fired pizzas and grilled seafood and meats, alongside signature cocktails.

BARBÙ opens daily from 9am to 11pm. It is quieter and more family-friendly than the adults-only Skybar Summer Club upstairs, and the rail tables are the ones to book for sunset over the bay.
