Ciela Skybar and Dining

Ciela occupies the top of voco Ma Belle, an IHG hotel on the My Khe beachfront. It opened in late 2024 and is two venues in one. By day it is a pool bar beside the 26th-floor infinity pool. After dark it becomes a cocktail bar and South American restaurant, with a further lounge one floor up on the 27th.

The view runs along the beach and back over the city. Opening signatures included Above the Clouds (rum, pineapple tea leaves, matcha and egg white), Tito Blossom (Roku gin, yuzu and shiso) and Fairy Tiki (gin, jackfruit and sawtooth coriander). The food covers ceviche, carnitas and Nikkei-style lobster.

A DJ plays most evenings, and happy hour from 5pm to 7pm offers two-for-one on beer, house wine and selected cocktails. It opens from early morning until midnight and suits sunset drinks before dinner on the beach strip.
