HighHouse occupies levels 61 and 62 of One Raffles Place, directly below NOVA, and is run by OUE Restaurants. Floor-to-ceiling glass gives 360-degree views over Marina Bay, the Padang and the Singapore River, and the space doubles as a gallery for digital and light-based art.

The kitchen cooks modern Pan-Asian and Pacific-coast dishes, backed by a cocktail list and wine list; lunch runs on set menus and bay-view seats at dinner carry a minimum spend, so drinks at the bar are the easier way in. Resident and guest DJs set the soundtrack, and selected nights run late as After Hours events until 3am.

Hours are Monday to Friday 11.30am–11pm and Saturday from 5pm. Dress is smart casual with no flip-flops, sandals or sportswear, and guests must be 18 or over for After Hours. Book ahead for window tables.
