Horizon Bar – Four Points Danang

Horizon Restaurant & Bar sits on the 36th floor of Four Points by Sheraton on Vo Nguyen Giap, the beach road facing My Khe. You reach it by a glass lift on the outside of the tower. Inside is a compact island bar with screens. The main draw is outside, where stepping stones cross the infinity pool to round seating pods.

The views are among the widest in the city. Son Tra Peninsula is to the north, the Cham Islands lie out to sea, and the Han River and the Hai Van Pass hills are inland. The hotel says it has Da Nang's longest beer list, including its own Best Brews craft range, and there are cocktails and Asian-fusion food.

It opens from 10am to midnight. Happy hour gives two-for-one drinks in the early evening, and there is live music on Friday nights. The dress code is smart casual. Book or arrive early on clear evenings, because the pods fill up fast.
