Lumina is the rooftop level of White Shades, a multi-storey shophouse concept on Boon Tat Street founded by bartender Bai JiaWei. A laid-back, no-frills alfresco space with live acoustic music some evenings, Lumina serves draft beers and cocktails all priced under $20, making it one of the more wallet-friendly rooftop hangouts in the Telok Ayer and CBD area. Daily happy hour runs from 5 to 7pm.
