OMAROO Rooftop Bar

OMAROO Grill & Rooftop Bar is the Wooloomooloo group's venue at the top of H Queen's, the gallery tower at 80 Queen's Road Central, about four minutes on foot from Central MTR exit D2. The grill restaurant is on the 26th floor, and the bar sits on the roof above it, a timber deck with a long counter, red rattan chairs and planters, with the Peak rising behind and slivers of the harbour between the towers.

It is a straightforward after-work spot: craft beers, cocktails and wine, with steaks and grills available downstairs if drinks turn into dinner. The deck holds around 80 people standing and is at its best at sunset.

The roof bar does not take reservations, so it is walk-in only. It opens at 4pm daily, closing at 11pm Sunday to Wednesday and at midnight Thursday to Saturday. Smart casual dress applies.
