OZONE – The Ritz-Carlton

OZONE is the top-floor bar of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, on level 118 of the International Commerce Centre above Kowloon Station in West Kowloon. The view from the window seats and the outdoor terrace runs across Victoria Harbour to Central and the Peak, and on clear evenings the whole of the island's skyline is laid out below you.

Inside, the room is a glossy blue cave of mirrored ceiling panels and jewel-toned lounge seating around a long bar. The list is built on inventive cocktails, with champagne and small plates to share, and there is a Sunday brunch. DJs play in the evenings.

Hours are 4pm to 1am on weekdays, 2pm to 1am on Saturdays and noon to midnight on Sundays. A minimum spend of HK$200 per guest applies indoors and HK$500 for outdoor window seats, so booking via SevenRooms is wise. Smart casual is expected; no sleeveless tops for men, and shorts only before 9pm.
