SKYE sits on the 27th floor of The Park Lane, a Marriott-affiliated hotel on Gloucester Road in Causeway Bay. The outdoor deck faces Victoria Park and Victoria Harbour, so the view runs across the water to Kowloon, with the light show and ferry traffic in the foreground after dark. An indoor dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass backs onto the terrace.

The drinks list leans on the hotel's own PL50 gin, used in the signature Gloucester Road cocktail, and a series named after Hong Kong's well-known streets. More than 50 wines are poured, and the kitchen runs a grill menu of seafood and premium meats with a raw bar, plus set lunches on weekdays and a weekend brunch.
