Social Club occupies the 24th floor of the boutique Hotel des Arts Saigon and combines an infinity pool, plush leather seating, and warm ambient lighting into one of the city's most photogenic rooftop settings. The cocktail programme is inventive and the views over Districts 1 and 3 are excellent, particularly at sunset when DJ sets elevate the atmosphere.
