TopTown sits on the top floor of 28 Stanley Street, in the middle of Central's office district, one level above its sister restaurant ORO. The room is art deco in spirit, with crystal chandeliers over a long bar, and it opens out onto a narrow glass-fronted terrace 31 floors up. From there the view runs between the towers of the business district and out towards Victoria Harbour.

It works from day to night: a lunch menu with bar bites on weekdays, then cocktails, wine and beer from mid-afternoon. The weekly line-up includes a Sundown happy hour from Monday to Saturday and a first-drink deal early in the week, which has made it one of the better-value rooftops in Central.

The bar opens at 3pm from Monday to Saturday and runs until midnight Monday to Thursday and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays; it is closed on Sundays. Lunch is served from noon to 2.30pm on weekdays. Dress is smart casual. Small groups can simply walk in, while bookings are taken for six guests or more, with a credit card guarantee and a minimum spend.
