TWIST Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

TWIST occupies the 19th floor of the Royal Phuket City Hotel on Phang Nga Road, reached by an express lift from the lobby. It is one of the few genuinely high bars in Phuket Town, and the open terrace looks across the low-rise Old Town to the green hills inland, which makes it a strong sunset spot away from the beaches.

The bar team works from a list of signature cocktails built around local botanicals alongside the classics, and the kitchen serves a Thai and international fusion menu until 23:00, with the bar carrying on later. Soft live music plays nightly from 19:00 to 21:00, with jazz or DJ sets on event nights.

Doors open daily at 5pm. The house asks for smart casual, so leave the tank tops and beachwear behind. Families are welcome until 9pm, after which the crowd is adult. Tables can be reserved online, which is worth doing for sunset.
