Virgin Rooftop Pattaya

Virgin Rooftop is on the 9th floor of Pattaya Sea View Hotel, just off North Pattaya Beach Road on Soi 4. It is not one of the city's towers, but being so close to the water gives it a front-row view of the bay: the boats bobbing offshore, the beach below and the sun setting straight ahead.

The terrace is set up with high tables and bar stools along a glass balustrade, plus lounge seating further back. The bar mixes signature cocktails alongside the usual beers and spirits, and the kitchen serves a full menu, so it works for dinner as well as a sundowner. It also hosts romantic dinner set-ups that the hotel sells as packages.
