Adriana Cocina & Bar

Adriana is on the eighth floor of Samasta Lifestyle Village on Jalan Wanagiri in Jimbaran, part of the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali complex. From the open-air deck under shade sails, you look over the resort grounds to the coast and the sunset. There is also an indoor lounge, and the room is decorated in pink and Mexican colours.

The cocktail list is built on tequila, mezcal, rum and pisco. It includes Adriana's Kiss, Rossita and an Oaxacan Negroni, and the bar also makes classics and has a long wine list. A Mexican chef leads the kitchen, which serves tacos, fajitas and grilled skewers. A DJ booth sets the evening mood.

It opens at 4pm from Monday to Thursday and at 11am from Friday to Sunday, staying open past midnight. Booking is worthwhile in peak season. It is a good choice in Jimbaran if you want sunset drinks without driving to Seminyak.
