Higher Level Lounge

Higher Level Lounge is the rooftop bar at Adiwana Suweta, a boutique resort on Jalan Suweta, a few minutes' walk from Ubud Palace. It sits above the quieter streets of central Ubud. A timber bar and open sides give a view over the treetops and the surrounding green landscape, which works well for watching the sunset.

The hotel opened it as an intimate, casual lounge. Signature drinks include the Banana Pie, made with vodka, coffee liqueur and cinnamon-sautéed banana, and a Eucalyptus Boulevardier. Small sharing plates use seasonal local ingredients, and the menu changes with the seasons. Buy-one-get-one-free happy hour runs every day from 3pm to 6pm.

It is calmer than the busier Ubud bars. It suits a pre-dinner drink before heading into town or a slow evening if you are staying at the resort. Reserve through WhatsApp.
