Straight Up – Seda Manila Bay

Straight Up is the rooftop bar of Seda Manila Bay, Ayala Land's 350-room hotel in Aseana City, Parañaque, which is linked by a walkway to Ayala Malls Manila Bay and is around 20 minutes from NAIA. The bar sits next to the hotel's pool, with a long, planted terrace of lounge seating that looks west over the reclaimed bayfront towards Manila Bay, so sunset is the time to come.

It is the Manila Bay outpost of Seda's Straight Up rooftop bars, and the format is relaxed: cocktails, spirits, beer and wine from a full bar, with international bar food and pica-pica sharing plates. There is a happy hour, and the space holds about 180 guests, with indoor seating as a fallback in the rain.

Straight Up is open daily from 4pm to midnight. Tables can be reserved through the Seda website, and it suits a post-mall drink or a sundowner before a flight.
