Makati and BGC towers have the polished cocktail lounges and late-night terraces, Poblacion has the more casual roof bars, and the hotels along Manila Bay and in Pasay are built around the sunset over the water. Most get busy from 6pm, and several hotel bars only admit non-guests in the evening, so check before you go.
